Big things are going down in Holland as music history has been made by one of the worlds most popular DJs. For only the second time in Billboard’s history a Dutch musician has made it to the top spot on the Billboards top 100. Afrojack, in collaboration with pittbull, Ne-Yo, and Nayer helped boost the production side of this infectious top 40/Dance Anthem “Give Me Everything,” launching it the top spot of Billboards famous music chart.
Afrojack is clearly on fire right now turning every track he touches into a hit and the industry is taking notice. He has recently worked with artists such as Chris Brown, Beyonce, & Pittbull, so it raises the question who’s next? Despite crossing over into hip hop and R&B Afrojack still finds time to to pump out house bangers like “Take Over Control”, which jumped up 10 spots on the very same chart to put the electro anthem at #86.
After hearing about his new spot at #1, Afrojack had this to say:
“I’m soo happy, no words just smiles and jumping around, I wanna thank Pit and our teams for their super hard work, and all those ravers out there who are bringing the club to the next level!! And I just happen to be in Miami, where the track was born so tonight we will celebrate!”.
Afrojack will be performing across the US for the rest of summer and you can get tickets to see him by clicking right here.
