Last week the Identity Festival visited Washington DC and the party was out of control. This stop in the tour had a sweet lineup, the Skullcandy stage held it down with Avicii, Rusko and Kaskade back to back while Steve Aoki and DJ Shadow tore up the Dim Mak stage.
