The winner of our #BeThere Photo Contest just got back to us with his recap, and it sounds like he and his friends had an AMAZING time in Sin City over 4/20 weekend. To refresh your memory, our #BeThere winner won 4 tickets to 4 shows that weekend at Surrender Nightclub and Encore Beach Club – Calvin Harris, Steve Angello, Porter Robinson, and Tiesto! So give a big shout out to the man who raked in over 300 votes on his photo – Shay Y, who was kind enough to tell us about his trip!

Where you’re from: Yorba Linda, CA
Who were your +3? My plus 3 varied. I took my GF, a couple buddies, and it was also a friends bday so I took her too. A few of my other friends bought tickets to come hang with us at Encore and Surrender. So a few car loads drove up to Vegas together!
What did you think of EBC and Surrender? I’ve gone to Vegas and experienced a lot of things out there, but EBC and Surrender have got to be one of the best club/venues I’ve been to. Nice setting, great atmosphere!
Which shows did you see + which was your favorite? On Friday, we saw Calvin Harris and had a blast, being it was my first time at Surrender. Saturday, we missed the pool party with Steve Angello, but later found out he didn’t show up due to traffic from Coachella (SWEET) lol. Saturday night was my favorite night, Porter Robinson at Surrender, and he killed it! Sunday was just as epic with Tiesto at Encore Beach Club!
How was the rest of your time in Vegas? It was a busy weekend, I didn’t have time for much more than the events I had tickets to. We mobbed around the north end of the strip where Wynn/Encore are, which was a change of pace from where we usually stay. Definitely enjoyed it up there tho!
Did you check out any other events or hit up the tables? Nope, no other events, but I played some roulette – put down a $20 and walked away with a $100 
Any memorable or funny moments on this trip? A buddy of mine walked into the pool at Surrender… got his pants a bit wet, lol… Also, I lost my wallet with my ID in it Fri night, which is why I missed EBC Saturday, but I had my friend from back home drive out my passport. So for that, I got him into Porter Robinson and bought him a few drinks
