Flying Lotus brings us his fourth studio album, Until the Quiet Comes. The Los Angeles-based music producer known for transcending genres takes his listeners on a journey with this album. Until The Quiet Comes is infused with psychedelic, soulful beats and dreamy vocals that sound like lullabies. The melodic vocals on the album are courtesy of Niki Randa, on the tracks “Getting There” and “Hunger” and Erykah Badu on “See Thru To U”. Some of his tracks are a nod to his earlier hip-hop career, which he has moved away from with this album and the one preceding it, Cosmogramma.
