George Townsend and Adam Kaye of Bondax are making their way across the ocean for their first North American Tour at the end of this year. To kick off this announcement, the teenage British duo released a free mix for FADER Magazine. The FADER mix features new music from the duo, including their unreleased track, “Wet Summer.” This track is nothing short of original, featuring piano and drum samples (they even threw in a ringtone sample!) and vocal snippets to create a truly unique sound. Another track that showcases Bondax’s unique production skills is their single, “It’s You.” This single is comprised of ambient sounds, melodic vocal samples and a funky bass line. As the hook, “I’m Thinking Of You,” fades in and out of the track, you get the feeling you’re smack dab in the middle of a romantic dreamscape. Other exclusive tracks on the mix are from Melda, Karma Kid, MMOTHS and Snakehips. The mix is full of soulful sounds, dreamy vocals and sick beats that have the capacity to transport you to another dimension. Download your free copy of the mix here, and be sure to check out a brief interview with Bondax on FADER’s site. Fore more from Bondax, visit their Soundcloud.
