Seattleites looking to quench their thirst for electronic dance music (more commonly referred to as EDM) need look no further than Foundation Nightclub in Belltown. Occupying the space of Venom on Western Avenue, Foundation opened its doors to the public in late September. Since opening, Foundation has wowed club-goers with acts like Nadia Ali, Tritonal, Super 8 & Tab, The Crystal Method, Sasha, and many more.

On Halloween night, Foundation kept that promise, bringing in legendary DJ/Producer Paul Van Dyk to hit the decks. He performed for a sold out costumed crowd in front of a large backdrop of LED panels. The club’s Funktion One KV2 audio system flooded music into the streets and PVD delivered what was probably one of the best nights the club has had thus far.

High-quality acts, a stellar sound system, and chic décor solidify Foundation Nightclub’s status as a major player in Seattle nightlife. Upcoming acts include Angger Dimas, Kill the Noise, Pendulum, and Darude. Tickets to all shows at Foundation can be purchased here!
