Ready for an epic mashup of Zedd, Audien, The Killers, Matthew Koma, and Deadmau5? Upcoming DJ, CHANGE, went above and beyond in his track titled “Bomb,” combining some of the biggest tracks in EDM. Tracks included are “Sparks” by Matthew Koma, Deadmau5′s “Aural Synapse,” “Wayfarer” by Audien, The Killer’s “Miss Atomic Bomb,” and “Human” by Zedd and Nicky Romero. Starting off as any other DJ does—doing mashups—Change is well on his way to making a name for himself, if this mashup is any indication of his talent. Hear all of these sick tracks in one below!

30 Live Sets From Ultra Music Festival Weekend 1 (Free Downloads)

Got a lot of time on your hands? Like twenty nine hours worth of time? EDM Broadcast has posted thirty sets from the first weekend of Ultra on their Soundcloud, and all of them seem to be available for free download through their Facebook. Everyone from legends like Carl Cox, to Goldfish (seriously check these bros out) can be found along with any subgenre of electronic music that you could hope for.

Personally I am in shock that someone took the time to compile these sets for our convenience. While the quality isn’t pristine, and some sets do not start right at the beginning, the shear scope of this undertaking must be admired. So grab some snacks or what have you, push play on this massive collection of sets and transport yourself to this past weekend at Bayfront Park. Whether you’re reliving the magic or hearing these sets for the first time, there is a lot to love here.

Weekend one of Ultra is in the books, and with the crazy weekend came some very memorable sets. deadmau5′s set will be remembered not only for the music he played but for the antics that happened during it. As deadmau5 stood behind his cube, Zedd paid him a visit on stage and proceeded to run around in nothing but a bow tie and briefs. He managed to lighten up an otherwise very serious set.

deadmau5 filled his set exclusively with his own tunes, which of course tend to have a dark dramatic sound. The atmosphere he created at the Ultra Main Stage Saturday night comes through strong even in the recording of the set. At some points it is so powerful that it is hard to think and the set does not lighten up until he drops “The Veldt” towards the end. deadmau5 is truly a master of production and DJing alike and this set exemplifies how intertwined those skills can be. deadmau5 ft. Imogen Heap – Telemiscommunications (Crookers Remix)

Yesterday we premiered the brand new video to deadmau5‘s emotional and unconventional single “Telemiscommunications” featuring Imogen Heap. Today, we’ve got a remix from Crookers. So you know that means what started as an understated and vocal-driven song is going to be completely turned on its head by the Italian master of crazy. In his own words, “not the usual “bang bang bang” but a nice “bang your head” shit“… which still doesn’t make a lot of sense. The bouncing house beat is dark and brooding, and Imogen Heap’s vocals are chopped and distorted to give a heavy, glitchy darkness to her usual airy sound. It’s a complete departure from the original, but with a familiar darkness that should almost come as a more fitting take on one of deadmau5′s more understated releases.

Collaborative Media is at it again in the world of EDM, and this time it’s happened with the latest music video from deadmau5 & Imogen Heap for their haunting new track “Telemiscommunications.” The entire video was built on the submissions of twenty animators with varying styles. Stop-motion, computer-generated imagery as well as rough-edged pen-to-paper renderings can be found in this unique concept of a music video.

deadmau5 – Arcadia / Remastered (again)

deadmau5 remastered “Arcadia” and broadcast the results on his Soundcloud page for the world to hear. As he expressed on his Twitter (@deadmau5) regarding the remaster, “ah man, i love learning new ways to do things, makes me wanna go back on all my old tracks and remake remaster them. thats evolution for ya.” After taking, as he puts it, a “proper” multiband compressor to the track the differences are slight but there is some added crispness to the revamp worth noting.
