So the official Coachella 2012 Line-Up was announced around 4pm today and suffice it to say, despite Daft Punk’s absence (*tear*), and although none of them are considered “Headliners” (BOOOOOOO!), there is an undeniably strong presence of EDM Artists. For those of you who are tired of squinting/as offended as we are that some of these HUGE acts are featured in fine print on the flyer, here is the list of awesome acts that will be holding it down (and most likely dominating) for EDM this year:

Swedish House Mafia, Afrojack, Alesso, Datsik, Feed Me, R3hab, LA Riots, David Guetta, Kaskade, Sebastian Ingrosso, Sub Focus, SBTRKT, Flying Lotus, Zeds Dead, Mt. Eden, Borgore, Justice, AVICII, Calvin Harris, Nero, Dada Life, Porter Robinson, Flux Pavilion, Zedd, Noisia and more!

The festival is going down April 13-15 and April 20-22. Although last year was AMAZING, I’m not sure if I can withstand the 110 degree weather in Indio again, but if I end up sucking it up and going—see you all in The Sahara Tent!!! :cool:

If you don’t know about Dillon Francis yet you might want to start getting familiar with him because he’s definitely on the come up! You can do that by checking out the tracks posted below. The first one is a teaser for his remix of “Circles” by Digitalism which sounds like it’s going to be an absolute banger. The second is a 25 minute moombahton minimix he did on Flux Pavillion‘s Takeover on BBC Radio 1. You definitely have to hear these!
